Chocolate protein balls

Delicious and healthy chocolate protein balls – Paleo, gluten free, raw




  1. Fit a food processor with an S blade and add the raisins and almonds.
  2. Pulse into a fine/semi coarse meal, the texture doesn’t need to be extremely fine, break down the large pieces, scrape any excess from the side of the food processor and continue to pulse.
  3. While the food processor is running add the remaining ingredients.
  4. The mixture should congeal into a large ball, if the mixture is still dry/crumbly add a few tablespoons of water to make it more pliable. Even if the mixture doesn’t form into a giant ball, that’s fine so long as it’s soft and ready to roll into smaller balls.
  5. Shape into small bitesize balls and roll into the sesame seeds.
  6. Allow the balls to become firm by storing in the refrigerator.


Eat within 3 days of preparation.
