Flax egg recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp of flaxseed

3 tbsp of water

Instructions

Start by milling the whole flaxseed in a coffee grinder

In a small bowl add 3tbsp of water

Add a tablespoon of the milled flaxseed to the water and begin to whisk. This recipe makes one flax egg so if you need 2 eggs then double the recipe and so on.

Leave the flax egg to form in the refrigerator for 25 minutes where it will become gluey/thick.
