JAMAICAN CARROT JUICE

Quench your thirst with this Jamaican style carrot juice recipe. This root vegetable based beverage is 100% vegan, thick, smooth and so delicious.

Made from carrots, nutmeg, cinnamon and vegan condensed coconut milk. Great to sip on any time of the year or as a crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

– carrots – nutmeg – cinnamon – coconut condensed milk

STEP 1

Grab the chopped carrots and then add them to a blender with the water and puree.

STEP 2

Once blended, strain off the carrot juice from the pulp and then add your spices and sweetener.

STEP 3

Stir in the coconut condensed milk, nutmeg, optional cinnamon and vanilla.

Serve accordingly.
