Learn how to make this simple creamy white hot chocolate recipe
2 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 tbsp of raw cocoa butter
1 tbsp of cashew nuts (optional)
3 tbsp of coconut nectar (agave or maple will do)
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
** vegan cream/marshmallows for topping
Pour the almond milk with the cashew nuts into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Transfer the contents into a saucepan and bring to the boil
Reduce the heat to low then stir in and melt the cocoa butter
Continue to stir in the vanilla, nutmeg and sweetener (nectar)
Stir for another minute before pouring the hot white chocolate into cups
Serve alone or with optional topping – cream and marshmallows.
