Creamy cranberry oatmeal

- 1½ cups of gluten free oats
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1 cup of warm water
- Cranberry relish see post for recipe
Heat the almond milk and the cup of water in a medium saucepan until it begins to simmer.
Proceed to stir in the oats then bring to a boil
Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer (stirring occasionally) for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Divide the oatmeal into bowls then add a heaping of cranberry relish on top of the warm oatmeal.
