Creamy cranberry oatmeal

Ingredients

  • cups of gluten free oats
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • Cranberry relish see post for recipe

Instructions

  • Heat the almond milk and the cup of water in a medium saucepan until it begins to simmer.
  • Proceed to stir in the oats then bring to a boil
  • Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer (stirring occasionally) for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Divide the oatmeal into bowls then add a heaping of cranberry relish on top of the warm oatmeal.
