Ingredients

  • 1 large persimmon over ripe almost bursting.
  • 1 small orange peeled and discard the pith
  • cup of fresh pineapple tightly packed, cored and peeled.
  • 1 cup of coconut milk can use an alternative nut milk of your choice
  • a dash of nutmeg optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and whiz until a smooth consistency is present.
  • Serve accordingly
