Papaya chia pudding recipe

  • 1 ripe papaya peeled, halved with seeds discarded
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk


  • In a small bowl combine both the coconut milk and chia seed - use a fork or small whisk and beat gently to mix the coconut milk into the chia seeds then leave to thicken for 10 minutes
  • Use a fork to break the halves of papaya and set aside.
  • Layer the bottom of a jar or glass with half of the mashed papaya then pour the gelatinous chia seed mixture on top.
  • Finally add another layer over the top of the chia pudding and feel free to sprinkle on some chopped papaya as well.
  • serve accordingly.
