  • 1 ½ cups of frozen pineapple
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 2 large oranges peeled


  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blitz into a smooth consistency.
  • Serve accordingly.


  • Make sure to freeze your fruit in advance as this will ensure that your smoothie is uber thick.
  • You can use fresh fruit and just freeze it down or use frozen (it doesn't matter).
