This 4 ingredient citrus infused smoothie is perfect for most dietary requirements. Totally fruit based and yields an uber thick texture from the use of frozen fruit. A quick and easy recipe that's free from plant based milk and uses coconut water instead.

The introduction
This tropical fruit smoothie is so delicious and doesn't need the aid of any nut butter, dates or plant based milk to taste amazing.
It take less than 10 minutes to make from scratch like my papaya and pineapple Smoothie.
If you're familiar with my work, then you'll already know that I'm partial to some coconut milk and coconut water. I adore the taste of coconut milk, it's cheap and cheerful, that's not the only reason why I drink it though.
It contains so much nutritional value that you can't afford to omit it from your lifestyle.
However this time, there is no milk in sight so this smoothie is more like a fruit thickie (that's my favourite word right now, excuse my goofy nature).
I do like to experiment often with various fruit and veggies, the flavour combination can either make or break a beverage but this smoothie combo worked perfectly, I'm not kidding you, it really did.
Ingredients you will need

- You only need 4 ingredients as you can see from the above pictures.
- The pineapple and banana are frozen (I highly recommend)
- Coconut water helps to optimise nutritional value
- Fresh orange gives a burst of citrus.
