Air Fryer Corn on The Cob in Foil
Learn how to cook organic corn on the cob in foil using your air fryer. Yes, that's right a total game changer method, virtually no prep time required and you only need 4 ingredients. Delicious, moist, buttery cameralized corn, that is ready in no time.

4 ears of corn organic 3 tablespoon vegan butter melted (42g) 3 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (15g) pink salt and black pepper to taste
Mix together the melted vegan butter with the all purpose seasoning.
Preheat the air fryer.
Place a piece of foil on a large plate with one of the corn on a cob(s).
Liberally coat the corn with the buttery mix, rotating it so all of the corn is coated.
Wrap the corn by rolling the foil onto the corn then scrunching the ends to seal them.
Repeat the above steps with the remaining corn.
Place the wrapped foil in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches depending on the capacity).
Air fryer at 190C/374F for 20 minutes, turning half way through.
Once cooked, allow the corn to cool down before unwrapping.
Apply more of the buttery mix if desired and store.

Do a taste test once you add the all purpose seasoning to the butter to determine how much pink salt and pepper that you may need.
Keep in mind that every air fryer performs differently so the cooking time may vary .
For best results, serve the cobs while they are hot.
Remember to store any leftovers (once cool) wrapped in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Reheat the cobs while wrapped in your air fryer for a few minutes.
You might want to check the corn kernels before removing the foil packet from the air fryer, they should be tender and easy to prick with a fork.
I managed to fit 4 ears of wrapped corn in my air fryer, but this may vary depending on the capacity of your unit.
Make sure the foil is large enough to accommodate the corn . My wraps were 12''x 8inches
