1 cup orange juice (250ml) 1 cup pineapple juice (250ml) ¼ cup lime juice (60ml) 1½-2 cups rum alternative (355-475ml) see recipe post and notes ½ cup grenadine syrup (118ml)
In a large bowl or jug, pour in the orange juice, pineapple juice, rum alternative, lime juice and homemade grenadine syrup.
Use a spoon/ladle to stir so all of the flavours meld.
Do a taste test and add more of any of the above ingredients if required.
Transfer into glasses and serve accordingly.
Feel free to double or triple the quantity of punch if needed.
In terms of rum alternative I used a brand called "CleanCo/Clean R" it's a spiced infused drink that is available on Amazon UK.
Your rum alternative might be different from mine , depending whereabout you are located so you might need to make a small "test batch" before hand.
This is the recipe link that you will need for my homemade Grenadine Syrup Recipe
The colour of the rum punch may not be a vibrant and red as you are used to because my syrup doesn't contain any additives.
Remember to do a taste test and tweak the drink accordingly.
Keep the punch refrigerated for up to 5 days.
