Caribbean Rum Punch Mocktail

Learn how to make this tropical non alcoholic punch made from a combination of fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, lime, rum alternative and my homemade grenadine syrup. Great to serve at a special occasion or drink on a daily basis without being intoxicated.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice (250ml)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (250ml)
  • ¼ cup lime juice (60ml)
  • 1½-2 cups rum alternative (355-475ml) see recipe post and notes
  • ½ cup grenadine syrup (118ml)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or jug, pour in the orange juice, pineapple juice, rum alternative, lime juice and homemade grenadine syrup.
  • Use a spoon/ladle to stir so all of the flavours meld.
  • Do a taste test and add more of any of the above ingredients if required.
  • Transfer into glasses and serve accordingly.

Notes

  • Feel free to double or triple the quantity of punch if needed.
  • In terms of rum alternative I used a brand called "CleanCo/Clean R" it's a spiced infused drink that is available on Amazon UK.
  • Your rum alternative might be different from mine, depending whereabout you are located so you might need to make a small "test batch" before hand.

  • The colour of the rum punch may not be a vibrant and red as you are used to because my syrup doesn't contain any additives.
  • Remember to do a taste test and tweak the drink accordingly.
  • Keep the punch refrigerated for up to 5 days.
