Learn how to make some hemp seed milk using only a few ingredients. This milk is a delicious, nut free, plant based alternative milk that can be used in vegan and dairy free recipes.

Use a cheese cloth of nut milk bag to strain the milk into a large bowl (this is an optional step, if you don't do this you may notice some of grit at the bottom when you bottle it).
Squeeze out any excess liquid
.Store the milk in a mason jar or jug in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
I highly recommend using a high powered blender i.e a Blendtec or Vitamix.
You will need hulled/seeds or hemp which is also known as "hemp hearts" to make this milk.
If you choose not to strain the milk it is normal for segments to settle at the bottom.
If stored in a container/jar, shake before using the milk.
The hemp milk should keep for up to 5 days.
This milk is also suitable for home freezing.
For a creamier, more concentrated milk, use less water.
