Combine the smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion, granules, parsley, thyme, ginger, black pepper and pink salt in a small bowl.
In another bowl, add the agave nectar, soy(a) sauce, hot sauce and olive oil and mix.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl to create a wet rub (add water, a tablespoon at a time, if needed to thin out the paste) .
Place the wings in a large ziplock/sealable bag then pour in the wet rub.
Seal the bag, then shake and massage the bag to thoroughly coat the wings.
Preheat the air fryer.
Remove the wings from the bag(reserve the residue from the bag) then place in the air fryer basket (you can put them on a liner if you want to). You may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry for 20 minutes at 190C/374F turning them over half way through.
3 minutes before the finishing time, flip the wings over again and coat with the residue liquid from the bag.
Continue to air fry the wings for the remaining 3 minutes.
