Pineapple Banana Orange Smoothie

This 4 ingredient citrus infused smoothie is perfect for most dietary requirements. Totally fruit based and yields an uber thick texture from the use of frozen fruit. A quick and easy recipe that's free from plant based milk and uses coconut water instead.

Ingredients

  • cups coconut water (355ml)
  • 2 cups pineapple (330g) frozen
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 2 large oranges peeled

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blitz into a smooth consistency.
  • Serve accordingly.

Notes

  • Make sure to freeze your fruit in advance as this will ensure that your smoothie is uber thick.
  • You can use fresh bananas and pineapple although the smoothie probably won't be as thick as what is pictured.
  • Any leftovers should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
