Sunrise Mocktail Recipe
Learn how to make this sunrise mocktail in less than 15 minutes. You only need some fresh orange juice, the juice of a lemon and lime, sparkling water and some grenadine syrup.

2 cups orange juice (475ml) 2 cups sparkling water (475ml) ¼ cup lemon juice (60ml) ¼ cup lime juice (60ml) homemade grenadine syrup to taste
Pour the orange juice into a jug or pitcher.
Add the sparkling water along with the lemon and lime juice.
Use a spoon to stir the orange juice, sparkling water, lemon and lime juice together.
Pour the drink into 2 hi (highball) ball glasses.
Carefully pour the desired amount of grenadine syrup into each glass (do not stir).
Serve accordingly.

You can extract the juice that you need from fresh oranges however, you might find it convenient to use fresh orange juice that is bottled.
It is best to serve the drink immediately.
Free free to double or triple the recipe if you are serving a large crowd.
The amount of grenadine syrup you will use is subjective, but keep in mind the sweet note of the drink will be at the base of the glass.
When pouring in the grenadine syrup, don't stir it in, let it settle at the bottom of the glass.
