Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • cups watermelon chopped
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (236ml)

Instructions

  • Place the almond milk, banana, raspberries and watermelon in a blender.
  • Put the lid on a blitz at high speed until smooth.

Notes

  • This is a single serving smoothie recipe if you want a larger quantity then double or triple the recipe to suit.
  • To make the recipe more cost efficient use frozen ingredients instead.
  • Keep in mind that the smoothie has more of a tart taste to it due to the inclusion of raspberries.
  • If you would like a sweeter edge then swap raspberries and use strawberries instead.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder to make it into a post workout smoothie
  • Feel free to add additional ingredients i.e coconut yoghurt, peach, plum etc..
