    If you're a vegan, you must be aware that sea moss helps to keep nutrition levels up and helps you dive into the world of health and wellness.

    I'm sure most of us have probably heard of sea moss, as it is currently trending especially in cyberspace.

    • Blend the ingredients until smooth or reached the desired consistency.

    • You can go for bananas if you love them.
    • This is the recipe link of how I make my own Sea Moss Gel
    • This is not an overly sweet smoothie.
    • The ginger gives a nice kick, if you want a stronger taste in ginger then add more or less if you dont care for the taste.
    • The amount of ginger included gives a subtle kick, add more for a stronger taste or less, just adjust to your preference.
    • For best results use a high speed blender like a Vitamix, Blendtech
    • You can add apples to this smoothie to make it super nutritious.
    • Tastes best if you use frozen fruits. However, you can use fresh fruits and ice cubes for a frozen texture.

    • ¾ cup sea moss gel see notes for the recipe link
    • 2 cups frozen mango
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple
    • ½ tablespoon ginger grated
    • 1 cup coconut water

      I made this recipe and this smoothie is simply delicious. I used half of all ingredients except ginger and Coconut Water. I needed a full 1 cup even with half of ingredients and since I LOVE ginger I used 1.5 tablespoons..yummy.
